After "adopting" our female Great Dane, we tried a number of dog foods to see what worked the best. She had various problems with several other foods until we tried Holistic Select for Large and Extra Large Dogs. It became very obvious that this food was ideal for our dog and her breed, and the companies long experience making great food for Great Danes and other Extra Large Breeds was most helpful to maintaining her health and appearance!

After not seeing the growth we wanted and continuing to deal with skin issues our vet could not solve, we decided to improve our Great Dane's nutrition. We have always allowed her to eat as much as she wants and whenever she wants. We have seen such an improvement in her appetite. She eats more often and quite a bit more. We strongly recommend this food - which turned out to be only $10 more/bag than the other quality dog food we were using previously. One bag lasts one month for our 105lb growing dane.

I've been feeding Eagle Pack Holistic with probiotics to my Great Dane. This and a probiotic capsule, cottage cheese (which also contains probiotics), and chicken. After having 3 bloat episodes, 3 months apart, we haven't had a bloat since March of 2008! Yeah!

I have a soft spot for giant Golden Retriever mixes. I fed Eagle Pack to my last dog, and noticed how quickly his skin problems cleared up and his coat became shiny. With my current dog, I fed him a well-known natural brand, hoping to save some money. His coat grew dull, he grew itchy, and his stools grew loose. He's been on Eagle Pack for two weeks now, and he's doing great. I love this stuff.
