Bought for a small 8 month Lab thinking they might be an alternative to rawhide. They do not last long, completely gone in less than 1/2 an hour. Other than that they are okay.

This is a great chew stick. Really keeps my golden pup occupied. It does have a slight smell, but most natural meat product chews do. This one does not smell strong, does not stain carpets or break off into small choke sized bites and does not have the gross out factor, to me, of a pig snout or "bully/pizzle" stick.

I have a puppy (big puppy now) and he needs to chew. These chew sticks are wholesome and long lasting. Yeah they do smell a little but isn't that part of the draw for a dog? You do need to be careful when the chew gets small if your dog is a gulper instead of a chewer.
