My 7 month lab had terribly soft poop-- I suspect it's because the Blue Buffalo had too many carbs and the Orijen was just too rich. I had to add pumpkin to every meal to get some consistency, but that was starting to get expensive.
The 60/40 ratio seems to have done the trick. My dog didn't like the taste of it nearly as much as the Orijen, but she warmed up to it after a day and now voraciously gobbles up meals.

This is superior nutrition for your dog, without the grain fillers. Introduce the food slowly into your dog's diet, as the added fruits and vegetables can increase gas and bowel movements.

our german shepherds love it. she put the weight on that she needed. their coats are healthy from the omega 3's. its hard to find a food she loves and this is one of them.

Started feeding it to a foster dog with bad coat and skin. She was a beauty in no time. Now I am feeding all my dogs this product. Not long enough to say all the benefits but the first is less clean up.

Acana Wild Praire is simply awesome. I own 3 pitbulls, 2 yorkies, and just had a litter of pit pups...they all love this food. Its acceptable for all life stages, grain free [...], has a variety of great protiens, and is made with fresh whole foods. The only better dog food than Acana is Orijen, but good luck paying those new prices. I use to have all my dogs on Orijen, but with 3 pits over 80lbs and $75 per bag..it doesnt last long. Acana grain free is the best next alternative, don't worry about what other people say. All other "good" dog foods are owned by crapy companies. Champion Dog Foods is dedicated to served YOUR pet with the BEST food. Simply put - buy what you can afford from Champion. Secondly, Paws Choice has the absolute best prices. I constantly search for cheaper prices of this food, havent been able to beat PawsChoice yet. Good people, very helpful, this is where you want to shop.

My 3 boys are accustomed to eating only super premium grain free kibble - and just to give them a change of pace I ordered this. Not sure if it is the small kibble size or the taste but they are clearly not impressed. I am going back to my Wellness Core.

My dog absolutely loves this food. We have tried various foods since we adopted her as she has a funky stomach. Many nights we were woken up in the middle of the night so she could eat grass to settle her stomach. I prefer to give her a wet dog food but this is the best food we have found. She has had no upsets, it has improved her digestion and elimination and she literally goes wild for this food. She cannot wait to eat. I have found no faults with this food as of yet and we have been using consistently for one month

This product is great. It is one thing to have good looking ingredients on the bag but the source of those ingredients is almost as important. Nothing coming from China in this product. All fresh regional ingredients from Canada's heart land.
